Space Yellow is AK Interactive’s answer to a colour most painters dread a proper, punchy yellow with no chalky compromise. It goes on smooth straight from the dropper and dries fast enough that you’re not left twiddling your thumbs between coats, which matters when you’ve got a squad to get through before bedtime.

Best for

• Bright armour panels and trim on sci-fi troops
• Hazard stripes, warning markings and vehicle detailing
• Bold cloth, banners and anything that needs to stand out on the table

Built for the Quick Gen range’s speed-painting ethos, it’s the kind of colour that keeps a batch-painting session moving without the yellow turning patchy or thin.

Fast-drying, straight from the pot. Fancy a paler highlight over the top? Light Yellow from the same range does the job nicely browse the full AK Interactive Quick Gen range for the rest of the lineup.
