A great face can make an entire model, and this eight-bottle set is a painter’s shortcut to getting there. It brings together the flesh tones, shadows and highlights you need to build up believable skin, so you can go from base coat to lifelike portrait without hunting down individual bottles or mixing tones by eye.

Best for

• Painting convincing faces and skin
• Building base, shadow and highlight layers
• Characterful heroes, historical figures and busts

With everything matched in one box, the fiddliest part of a model becomes one of the most satisfying.

The easy route to lifelike faces. Pairs well with a fine brush and a wet palette to keep those tones blending smoothly.
