Echo earned his nickname by quoting the regs, then earned ARC trooper rank the hard way. Hot Toys’ figure shows him in Phase II armour, with a newly developed head sculpt, finely crafted helmet and armour with unique markings and weathering, and a tailored outfit with kama. It’s a great pick for anyone following the Domino Squad story.
