Background information:

The Vought Corsair is among the most iconic aircraft of World War 2 and was a feared foe, particularly in the Pacific theater. With its distinctive folded wings and impressive firepower from six 12.7mm Browning MGs, it was nicknamed “Whispering Death” by Japanese troops. The ground troops who received her as air support affectionately christened her “Sweetheart of Okinawa.” An aircraft with history that you can now hold in your hands and recreate.
