If you want the deepest black on the table, this is it. Maxx Darth is Green Stuff World’s ultra-matt super-black an acrylic that absorbs a claimed 98.9% of light rather than reflecting it, so shadows read as genuinely bottomless. This 60ml bottle is the big one for basing, airbrushing and larger-scale work, and comes with a stainless steel stirring ball to keep the heavy pigment moving.

Best for

• The deepest shadows and recesses
• Flat black basecoats over larger models and terrain
• Void-black contrast on dioramas and display pieces

Lay it into the darkest areas and the colours around it suddenly pop with 60ml you’ve plenty for whole armies and boards.

About as black as paint gets, in the big bottle. Pair it with more from the model paints range.
