Revell – In memory, many things are transfigured. So the brutal muscle cars of the 70s often did more show than they could actually hold in the street. When Dodge launched a reissue of the Challengers in chic retro design in 2008, only the look was historic. But now the car delivers what you expect from a muscle car. The technology under the body corresponds to today’s standard. Modern axle concepts and the huge Brembo brake system ensure first-class roadholding and excellent controllability. The new 6.1-liter V8 engine purrs like a kitten despite its remarkable 425 horsepower in normal city traffic, but over 4,000 rpm the cat bites loudly. In less than 6 seconds it goes from 0 to 100 km / h, the top speed is 247 km / h.
