Tidal Blue is a cool, oceanic blue that sits comfortably between navy and teal great for water effects, sea-raider schemes and armour with a maritime edge. Part of Army Painter’s Warpaints Fanatic line, it lays down smooth and pigment-rich for even, reliable coverage.

Best for

• Base-coating and layering by brush
• Thinning right down for glazes, washes or airbrush work
• Water effects, sea-themed schemes and cool armour

The dropper bottle keeps waste down and makes mixing your own thinned coats a doddle, so you get the same reliable feel from the first bottle to the fiftieth.

An oceanic blue with plenty of range. Pair it with a darker shade and a lighter highlight to build depth, or add a good synthetic brush to make the most of the flow.
