Orc Flesh does exactly what it says on the bottle a mid-toned green built for greenskin skin, and one of the more useful colours in AK Interactive’s Quick Gen fast-drying acrylic line if you’re painting fantasy hordes by the dozen. It flows well straight from the dropper, which matters when you’ve got a whole mob to get through.

Best for

• Orc, goblin and other greenskin fantasy factions
• Any subject that calls for a believable green skin tone rather than a foliage green

A fast-drying base like this is the difference between finishing a mob in an evening and still being on skin tone next week.

One colour, a whole horde sorted. Grab a lighter or darker tone from the same AK Interactive Quick Gen range to add depth once the base coat’s dry.
