Sepia Ink is a transparent, warm-brown acrylic ink for shading, glazing and tinting without hiding the detail beneath. AK’s 3rd Generation ink flows into recesses to add warm depth, and washes over surfaces for an aged, sepia-toned finish.

Best for

• Warm brown shading in recesses and detail
• Aged, sepia-toned washes and glazes
• Tinting light surfaces and metallics warm

Thin it further with water or medium for controllable washes, and build it up in layers. Being transparent, it deepens tone without masking texture ideal over a gloss coat.
