An acrylic retarder is the cheat code for smooth blends. This AK 3rd Gen Retarder slows the drying time of your acrylics, so paint stays workable long enough to wet-blend, feather a transition or keep an airbrush tip from clogging. A few drops in the mix buys you extra minutes on the palette and the model.

Best for

• Wet-blending and smooth transitions on figures and vehicles
• Preventing tip-dry when airbrushing
• Extending working time in a warm room

Add it a few drops at a time too much and the paint stays slow to dry. Mix it into your paint on the palette or in the airbrush cup as needed.

An acrylic medium, not a paint. Pairs with the full AK 3rd Gen acrylic range.
