RAL 7021 Dunkelgrau is the historically-matched dark grey that covered early-war German armour the true RAL match for the classic panzer grey scheme. AK’s high-pigment 3rd Generation acrylic lays it down matt and smooth by brush or airbrush.

Best for

• RAL 7021-accurate early-war German armour
• The classic panzer grey scheme
• Deep grey base for filters and washes

Thin it for airbrush or brush layers, then modulate with a lighter grey so a big tank doesn’t read flat. Its matt finish takes filters, washes and chipping cleanly.
